Out of interest which players do you guys think that you may have seen play/played with/heard of/played against are noteworthy of a mention;

Can be past great or present player(lets not get try not to enlarge some peoples egos)

Doesn't have to be the greatest player, could be anything notable;
knowledge of the game/bounty hunter/active member/defensive player/tactician/loyal member/good leader/best solo/ versatile with routes/most fun in an ally/or just gracious winner/loser etc........

(also for once lets try not to flame the crap out of a thread with arguments of others opinions, as it is their opinion not yours)

the easy honest answer?

search for dream team threads and threads like that. both people posting and people listed are greater than anyone left playing.

ChrisO: Best Pnap I'll ever have to luxury of having.

Otherwise (in no particular order): No-Dachi, Silence, DS (obv), Edd, BigBoss/Yuri (for his patience with me as a starter), Wouter, CFalcon (most knowledgeable person about this game outside of Azzer himself) & Yochoko.

had a read through, yh some pretty great players in all those lists!

Darksider was always a pleasure to watch play
as well as
Hero, silence, Phantom and Cfalcon(great knowledge)
Never played with Blackwolf although apparently he was a decent leader or Welshie or dachi dont think :s
Podunk fun to be allied with

FeR Martin and Polo of those around are always decent nice to be allied (if even for a short period) to the proceeding two after seeing them around in bush since when starting.

At the back we have the leaders who made all the best moments possible.

The holding midfielders were the solid members of the community who everyone had a lot of time for.

The AMC in the centre was always part of all the big plays and made things happen.

The wingers did the real damage to the opposition team.

The man up front has been a talisman for many alliances and groups with the best scoring record.

On the subs bench are some of the best players, contributors and god damn funniest people to play the game.

1.Lafin only guy in history of bushtarion who has managed to lead whole alliance to attack and die against SAS.
Beat that!

I still remember that actually.

Vegas: We were attacking... Lafin was organising an attack on some ally and we died on SAS.
Me: What SAS, you said you were attacking an ally?
Vegas: Yeah, but it seems like the guy went solo.
Me: How many people did you have attacking him?
Vegas: Almost the whole ally.
Me: And noone bothered to spy at att for 3?
Vegas: Lafin said he is watching the attack.

Then the whole rank 1 or 2 ally died to SAS.

brightened my day

Ant you know I love you but CF is the father of battlecalcs (arguably a bad thing, but all those pw trials back in the day...). You know you're the helpful socialist creator.

The inevitable aside:

Welshie was the best leader this game has ever known. I only managed to play with him once and it was never fun playing against him, haha.

Darksider, the man was ruthless, activity insane back in the day.

There are far too many to remember and list.

I will mention Hailstone though, he might have been a massive multi but he tought me my trade and helped me love this game. For that i can't thank him enough.

/end gay nostalgic post.
