I on getting bigger at the moment currently benching around 100 - 110 kg depending on my energy levels and what i have eat that day but thats only to get bigger as martin said you want definition this is the way forward.

what i do is super set bench press do one set of 100kg x 8 then do as many press ups as i can after normally around 25 - 30 then my second set of 105kg x 8 then again straight after to press ups that why i get size and definition it does really work.

I got big in a matter of months from this...

well i wasn't big when i first start i used to do 50 kg with about 18 press ups after but i take alot of useful supplements to help...

ZMA, BCAA, Kre Alkalyn(This stuff is like creatine but 10x better), Thermopure or grenades (Fat stripper but makes every muscle more defined)

but super setting your exercises is the way forward... if you want size heavy weight low reps...

but ye super setting ftw!! i used to be pretty big but not muscles...
