well i wasn't big when i first start i used to do 50 kg with about 18 press ups after but i take alot of useful supplements to help...
ZMA, BCAA, Kre Alkalyn(This stuff is like creatine but 10x better), Thermopure or grenades (Fat stripper but makes every muscle more defined)
but super setting your exercises is the way forward... if you want size heavy weight low reps...
but ye super setting ftw!! i used to be pretty big but not muscles...
