I am going to sign up for next round but will not promise to actually play 
In theory I might have a bit of spare time in the next few months, however. Even if I do play seriously, I still am completely terrible at this game despite playing since R13. For instance, I have been getting farmed for land and seeds by bots all round. I even lost land to James, for Pete's sake
If anyone is prepared to accept an extreme liability (probably) as a PNAP or in an alliance, let me know.
