I still can't get the damn thing to work!
Keeps locking up after 6/7 minutes of playing the compulsory 10 minute game :-/

Have you tried both IE and FF?
You can meet system requirements?
You have set resolution etc to low settings and you get some kind of error out of it which you have looked at?

At least when my game crashed it filled up automatically some error form that told what went wrong.

Then go to their forums to seek for help.

Yup, yup, yup and yup - although haven't tried the forums, but will try that next
