Sorry that had to happen, it seems I missed a change PayPal made, and the fault was mine for not updating the Bushtarion code, not PayPal's fault as I originally thought.
PayPal purchases now work fully and instantly as they used to, so if you see any forum posts telling people to stop using PayPal - please pass on my apologies and let them know it works fine again now!
Everyone should have received their credits from me plus some extra as apologies, but if anybody is unhappy with this I can refund them their PayPal payments.
Just sorry I can't be around to do much more for Bushtarion these days - but I will never let anybody be out of pocket because of me!
