Indeed I was thinking earlier that increasing the eta modifiers might be a good way to help balance things out a bit,

For instance start +1 eta mod at 45%, +2 35% even +3 for someone at 30% and rushes could go the other way.. -1 mod at 250% -2 at say 500% -3 at 750% or above...

Yeah HG, I was also thinking something in the lines of this! Adr rushes should be activated much sooner like you said!

We want to improve resistance systems & encourage them. All you need is global politics (which is invite only) and slightly lower standards for adr. rushes...

you know, i neglected to add that disclaimer, mainly because it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo obvious that i would look more foolish for mentioning it. I did consider mentioning the exception, but thought it wasnt necessary
i didnt want to insult anybody by suggesting that they may not realise this
