Cheat or am i just deluded?

Ok so i'm usually not too bothered about cheats as usually they get locked. However over the past few days/weeks, i have noticed someone ranked around the top 60 who is blatantly troop trading and nothing has been done. He is getting the same accounts (all of which are solo) to attack him multiple times. e.g.

This has happened in many occasions. I have reported this person to Azzer, but i have had no response. It is either he is cheating OR is he unbelievably good at making retarded enemies who think sending nothing but bribable troops is a good idea. I haven't been attacked or lost land to this person, however it just annoys me how some people do things like this and get away with it, whilst everyone else plays fairly.

has been reported several times, and i've even warned the player in question that when some admin activity occurs he'll most likely be losing his id

tbh, not really, as it isnt like he's attacking anyone, he's just bribing his own multies and having no land, no real harm

so long as he isn't attacking anyone else, he's not affecting the rest of the playerbase in any way. So long as the ID's deleted by the end of the round, no one will be losing out.
