[Taken] Looking for alliance or Pnaps

So basically its been awhile since I played bushtarion(round 25?) or seiously(round 10) and I'm looking to get
back into the hang of things. Played under a different name back then, but always kept a low profile.

Going military Strike(r?) route, have purchased the marine development already, but still very low in development.(restarted)
5-8hours playing time, I can play from my Iphone so im also always checking in
24/7 contactable
GMT -7 I think
Really looking for anything not being too picky
