I still don't know why there isn't a thread like this.

Nowhere in portal can be found ANY info on this new rank. What are those? How is their rank calculated?

Well, the top 10 seems to be more like top 3 now?

And I don't think this is top 10, since there is a rank 9 guy on rank 3's position?
