Currently lots of people think that the enemies list is useless because of the abundance of routes and players that easily kill you or you cannot attack so.....

My Ideaa is:

The enemies list should be a list generated randomly every X days(i was thinking between 3-5) with say 5 Ids with random % bounties varying from 20-65(max) with Ids that are at that current time, 60-80% of your score range. obv the 60% of your score would be assigned a lower bounty than the 80% of your score player. Then Maybe also a 'challenge ID' above your score with a bigger bounty.
Then if/once youve attacked them sucessfully they are removed, or removed when the list expires.
This would promote 'fair' attacks, and as it is random there could be no 'mutual' setting up of the bounty attacks, Also your alliance, sleep mode, admin locked and Pnaps would be excluded from this list.

Does anyone else think this could work in anyway instead of the current enemies list/bounty system? i think it could work, especially making it a bit more less personal, as i have held grudges on people that have killed me. with the above system youd just have to hope that you get given 'so and so' again! :D

Peoples thoughts?

There already is an incentive for attacking in your 60% range: the dynamic landcap.
I really don't see any connection between what you suggest, and what I see as bounty.

I think this is a good suggestion; it will bring a new, fun element in the game. it promotes attacking and thus preventing stagnation and boredom.

would work for middle ranked players. but for instance hell members dont get an enemy list? and if someone (solo or rank 2 alliance) is within the 60% of lets say 6 hell members does it mean that those 6 get all an bounty on that guy?

just some things to think about.

Does Hell even have any targets? :p (note: I'm not playing)

And you should perhaps add a cap, that each player can never get on more than 1 or 2 enemy-lists.

Apart from that, any suggestion that benefits the middle/lower ranks without majorly messing with the top rank should be seriously considered.

How about your enemy list been populated with people that have killed alot of enemies within the past 24 hours, if you have been attacking alot within the past 24 hours then you get a high bounty on peoples enemies list, although if you have not been attacking much then you dont appear on it. just a suggestion abit like the old method but slightly different :D
