A few days ago my computer froze, so i restarted it.
When i restarted it, it loaded like normal up untill the windows loading screen. It then restarted again, and now comes up with the normal options of "restart into safe mode" "restart last know config" all the normal rubbish.
It doesnt matter what option i pick, when it starts loading at the windows page, it restarts again.
This happens non stop...
Any advice or how fu**ed my computer is...

That happened to me not so-long ago. It was a trojan, maybe you downloaded something which had a virus/trojan. Tis what I did. But I re-installed Mircosoft Vista from start up, I haven't come across the problem since.

First go to BIOS then go to where ever you can set voltages and add some voltages to your CPU and your memories. (one or two nocks up)
If it doesnt change anything then put those back down.
Because you dont give any details of your hardware, operating system etc its impossible to give more advices.

What I would personally do:
1. As BW said, go to your bios (press delete when your computer is starting), but instead of what he would advice, I'd check the temperature of the cpu (with me it's in something like "pc health" or something). It's normal that your pc shuts down if the temperature of the CPU is too high.
2. If that is normal (say below 30°C), I'd use a linux live-cd (knoppix/ubuntu) to boot, get all my important files from the hard drive onto another hard drive, then insert my windows cd and just format the entire drive.
Or you could always send your pc back to the shop you bought it from, since as you say you know fk all about computers, and chances are you might do something that might really harm your pc if you start messing around with voltages in your bios (which is, it seems, what BW suggests). :p

Details....
Like....
CPU, intel/AMD Mhz, how old, how much ram, is HD keeping weird sound, have you checked temperatures, have you over clocked your computer? have you used win recovery disk? etc.
Specially age, CPU, ram, temperatures and if your recovery works or not are key things.
Have you ever opened your comp and cleaned it from dust?
Your fans blowing at all?
Yeah and theres no such comp that can have 30°C temperature without water cooling rofl! Even with water barely.

When you first start your pc, I seriously doubt it being hotter than room temperature. So it's quite possible that a computer, when running, can be below 30°C. ;)
Anyway I actually meant 40°, mine is usually around 37°.
