But still... 250 is still more than plenty.

Best bit of advice would be to look through and find mails where they are a conversation and have re-quoted each time, that way you can free up mails from earlier parts of the conversation from both your inbox and sent items.
(It's what I have to do on another forum I use where the limit is only 100)

Yeah staff get a bigger mailbox. I think 250 is more than enough though, can't imagine wanting to keep anywhere near that many messages for longer than a short time (round or w/e)

but how you get that with actual forum messages from real people... you must have alot of spam/abuse that you can get rid of, just commit to it if you care enough to gripe
