New Custom Weather Icons

[DR4545]

I made a custom set of weather icons while I was working on Deep Blue. Here's the info, anyone is welcome to use them in their themes.

I made it from combining icons from photo_weather and CFalcon's theme. (The actual art isn't mine, I just renamed and converted file formats.)

One thing to know if you use them, I made Early Hours (clear) have a different look from the other night ticks, since it's a growable tick.

I also changed Deep Blue a bit, to use these weather icons, and improved the header appearances.

very cool, but should they all be the same? i mean couldnt u make the earlier ones lighter than the late afternoon ones for example??? to reflect rl light conditions?

Since tags are on, it won't be too hard to change some things.
