Change to friends list?

when i turn friends only on.. how come i dont automatically get my panps and ally members added into the friends list? even if i have added them into the journal playernotes?

maybe make a option in the journal to "copy to friends list"

I find the player notes section more useful than the friend's list, so maybe it would be an idea to have a section in the player notes section for 'add to friends list' after Mail/Mail Filter/Edit/Delete. There's no point forcing people to duplicate entries for an entire alliance list is there?
