Following a suggestion in IRC that we have another one, since Azzer will only give us one every 4 years, may as well have an unofficial one in the break!


Who can play
To be eligible for a country, you should either live there, or have citizenship, obviously this isn't something I can check, but hopefully people will be honest about it.

Everyone who wants to play can vote once in this post for a leader for their country. The leader with the most votes will choose that country's players. Each country will have 10 players. Countries are pretty much on a first come first served basis, there's probably a maximum of ten. I reserve the right to restrict teams from entering and using their spaces to extend other teams, if they can't fill their spots.

What are the world settings
These are open to negotiation, with the final settings being decided between myself and the nation's leaders, they'll be fairly close to normal W1 settings, but obviously with no solo or AR. The world will start on Saturday evening at 18:00GMT. It will last 1 week with ten minute ticks, though it will probably end the tick before the next round starts, even if the world still has ticks left to run.

Leaders will be allocated as soon as 10 people have posted from the country, to get it sorted ASAP, however, the leader can recruit any players from their country which they wish, they don't have to have posted. If the person with the most votes doesn't actually want to play, which hopefully won't happen, they can elect another leader. You'll have to be careful with your vote. ;)

P.S. The world is completely free to enter, you can throw a couple of BCs my way if you're generous though ;)

How many people are bothered by the PW starting on Saturday, and thus being active on Mother's day? Some have said that it would be better to have it as a 3.5 day PW on 5 minute ticks starting Monday, thus missing both Mother's Day and round start day, what do people think?

As it stands, the only countries who can get a team are England, and the US, with Arg/Aus/Netherlands/Canada getting a few less than they need, probably due to lack of notice. It's still going to happen, but it'll either be during the round towards the end if it goes stagnant, or during the next break if it doesn't. Sorry for the delay and getting people's hopes up about a PW during this week, but I'd rather delay it for a couple of months and do it properly than have it between two teams.

Hopefully teams that can't get 10 players together during two day's notice will be able to get a full lineup with this delay.
