Helpers appreciation thread!

Today I had my blond moment and had to contact you guys with a question whos answer I needed fast.... I thought it would take you quite a lot of time to reply but I still decided to give it a try. Seconds after I asked my question I recieved a very well formulated reply from not one but two helpers! I am impressed. Thank you guys for helping us newbs! We love you!

sorry for dragging the thread further offtopic but at the same time i want to say that foxx is a legend for making a thank you topic. because i often have posted questions and always found a reply there helping me with my problem. so keep up the good work guys

Just in case your not being funny its in the menu on the left hand side under Main Options and its called deceptively enough 'Request Help'

"!help" does work, yes, also, if you can't see the "Request Help" link on the left-hand menu (Under "Main Options") which Melni mentioned, it'll be because you've disabled all help links, which can be re-enabled in your ID Options (can be accessed via the ID Settings link, under "Your Account.

Edit: I've just seen that you've already mailed anyway, but I'll leave this here just in case anyone else had the same issue. :P
