Bounty problem

I attacked this guy i had 75% bounty on.
I did 86B damage to him on first tick.
Which i got according to enemies page 49M bounty claimed and 24B in funds.
Can someone explain this system to me?

Innocents get you less (read: close to no) bounty?
NLD/NLT get 1/3rd of the normal bounty iirc.
