M4V convertor

Having finally gotten an iPod video, I need a program to convert DVD and .AVI (at least, and preferably any other popular filetypes) to .m4v. One with a built in DVD decrypter would be a plus. Any recommendations?

http://handbrake.fr/ is good for DVDs, but you need a decryptor (eg DVD43)
