Well yes the game helpers are doing a decent job. But how about adding an ingame help forum where people can ask questions and the answers get approved by the set helpers.

Or making simple FAQ section where ingame helpers could list most asked questions with answers.
I don't really think any of those two are needed.

I'm more a fan of making the Manual more up-to-date, relevant and user friendly.... with a FAQ section.

This is not actually a terrible idea. It may not be needed but having useful information here in forums would be a great way to bring new players to forums and into the community as a whole.
As small changes are being made to forums for Age 5, I think this could be added to the list of things to try in order to liven up and make useful the forums.
Thanks for the suggestion Cheese :)
also there is no law that states a FAQ can't be listed in more than one place. Again user friendly is what we need if we are going to keep a new fresh playerbase.

I think this is a decent suggestion, but I'm just not sure what the average query would be about.
I imagine the questions would be pretty straight forward, as nothing about the game is overly complex. In addition, I have to agree that there are so many potential *small* difficulties that new users would probably be better consulting the manual.
Wouldn't hurt though.
