So i'm looking through the manual [http://bushtarion.com/manual/waging_war.php] and see this:

A few important things to note: You cannot attack anybody in the game that is less than 30% of your own total government valuation - this can be found by multiplying your government valuation by 0.3 (Your government valuation * 0.3 = Maximum government valuation of your victims).

shouldn't that say "MINIMUM" government valuation of your victims?

no, it is supposed to be multiplying by 0.3...dividing by 0.3 would by the same as multiplying by 3 and a bit...

or is that what you meant?

He'snot saying it's wrong to use "multiplying", where did you get that from?

What does multiplying your value by .3 give you? The *minimum* value of your targets, which is what G-blunted said.

This has been noticed, and will (has) been corrected in the updated manual, which is a work in progress and can be accessed via Bush Wiki.
