different POM bounty question

OK this is my first round POM, apart from crazyprivate world jollies.

soooooooooo with thr new bounty system if someone rushes me and i say have 75% bounty. Does the reduction in bounty for killing non lets still count?

so killing POMs with get less that 75% all other things being equal etc

There's been no mention of any change to how the mechanics of the actual bounty system work, the only changes are to how players have a bounty put on their heads, so any player killing non-LET shouldstill get the reduced bounty.
